Project objectives

To further step up the actions taken within the frames of the previous project, “Enhancing the potentials for decent work actions in social dialogue” is dedicated to implementing the decent work agenda.
To support the integration of the migrant and refugee workers’ rights in the debate on decent work agenda in Poland.
To facilitate training for social partners from all sides on decent work agenda (including labour inspectorates, health and safety officers).
To promote the work-life balance, eradicate the abuse of atypical contracts in the context of migrant workers' employment in Poland.
To retrain health and safety officers, labour inspectorates on the topics of migrant workers and decent work conditions to ensure that decent work principles are applied to the employment of foreign nationals properly.
To build the capacity of social partners and support the creation of decent work conditions through relevant training, capacity-building activities, online tools and publications and an awareness-raising campaign.
